“We have always been keen to allow those running a Money Course the flexibility to adapt where it was felt necessary to allow for local needs as long as the essential elements, nature, DNA and identity of the course are retained. However to avoid misunderstanding we felt the need to have a clear copyright statement in order to preserve confidence and quality control.”
1. All Money Course resources including written material, audio visual resources, graphics and software, including online and offline materials, are copyright to Crosslight Advice.

5. Crosslight Advice accepts that minor adaptations to Money Course courses may occasionally be desirable. These should only concern the length or number of sessions, or the inclusion of personal anecdotes and/or local context. In each case the essential character of the course must be retained and no significant content should be added to a course.
If a Crosslight Advice course is adapted the person responsible must:
Only use such a course in their own setting
Not allow such a course to be used elsewhere
Not publish or promote such a course for use by others
